Service Description
PrymeStudy is an academic operating system for students, tutors, lecturers, and institutions. It may include AI tutoring, Daily Mission, Course Brain, materials, live classes, attendance, tutor marketplace tools, wallet or credit features, social learning, and institution dashboards. Features can vary by account, plan, school, configuration, and rollout stage.
Account Rules
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details private, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity performed from your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for checking official course instructions, exam rules, submission requirements, and institution policies. PrymeStudy helps with study and organization, but it does not replace lecturers, institution notices, or official academic records.
Institution Responsibilities
Institutions and authorized representatives are responsible for the accuracy of official courses, departments, materials, announcements, attendance configuration, class schedules, and uploaded institutional content they provide or approve.
Acceptable Use
Do not harass others, upload harmful or illegal content, impersonate people or institutions, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private data, disrupt the platform, bypass plan limits, abuse support channels, or use PrymeStudy for fraud.
AI Tutor Limitations
AI features can make mistakes, omit context, or produce incomplete explanations. AI responses are study assistance only and should be checked against official materials, lecturers, tutors, and reliable academic sources. PrymeStudy does not guarantee grades, exam outcomes, or the correctness of every AI output.
Academic Integrity
Use PrymeStudy to learn, revise, practice, and understand. Do not use AI, materials, or tutoring features to cheat, impersonate another student, submit prohibited work, bypass proctoring, or violate your school rules.
Wallet, Credits, Payments, And Refunds
Wallet balances, credits, subscriptions, and paid tools are governed by the pricing, payment provider, and product rules shown at the time of purchase. Consumed digital credits or completed services may not be refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated. Failed or disputed payments should be reported to support with the transaction reference.
Content And Upload Rights
You keep ownership of content you lawfully upload, but you grant PrymeStudy the rights needed to store, display, process, index, moderate, and serve that content for the platform features you use. Do not upload materials you are not allowed to share.
Moderation
PrymeStudy may remove, restrict, or review posts, comments, materials, profiles, messages, and other content that appears unsafe, illegal, infringing, misleading, abusive, or outside the product rules.
Suspension And Restrictions
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for policy violations, security risk, suspected fraud, payment abuse, institution requests, legal compliance, or harmful behavior. Some restrictions may apply immediately to protect users or the platform.
Intellectual Property
PrymeStudy, Lerion, product names, designs, software, branding, and platform content created by PrymeStudy are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse them without permission.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PrymeStudy is provided on an as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost academic opportunities, lost profits, data loss caused by user actions, or issues outside our reasonable control.
